In-different Observation #151

Elections are near. Don't break long-standing equations and relations with your dear ones due to ideological differences.

Remember, religion is personal, and politics is temporary, like the weather!

And as i see it, "parties" will be irrelevant 10 years on. People will vote directly for "independent" candidates who actually connect with, and work for the people...

Remember #2, you don't need an expensive campaign when people already know you and your work... 😊

In-different Observation #150

I may be here to mess up with your mind.

But hey, you can choose to not take me seriously!

In-different Observation #147

3 glasses of red wine, and suddenly you find so much clarity in life.

Antioxidants doing their job well...

In-different Observation #146

Money does not change people. It just makes us more of who we already are...

In-different Observation #145

I think differently. I hang table-runners on hangers... :)

#144 In-different Observation

Doing something feels so much better with someone who shares your enthusiasm.

With the loss of my parents, especially dad, a huge void was left on this front

In-different Observation #143

Proving people wrong is not worth the time.

Better to work with people who are already on board with what is the right thing to do

Saves unnecessary friction in the Interaction

In-different Observation #142

I don't test people because i already believe them to be good. I see infinite potential in every human

But the problem starts when people begin to test me. That goes against the idea of me feeling accepted.

In-different Observation #141

Ordering food from an app is not being lazy. Its just effective delegation of tasks...

And i order only healthy stuff :)

In-different Observation #140

Follow your passion is not bad advice. It's incomplete advice.

Rather, follow your passion when you become really good at it.

Passion is not what you do with a full stomach. It's something you would do despite being hungry. Something that leads you to many "can't sleep, cant eat moments"!

Passion is not something to do for money (only). Its something you keep on doing even without money.

Might sound obsessive, but if we want to rise above mediocre sh*t, one has to work obsessively.

Routine is boring and mediocre.

In-different Observation #136

 I am a parent. I pay rent.

In-different Observation #135

Circus animal. Something i hate to be.

And no helicopter parenting. No paranoia for me.

In-different Observation #136

Long ago, I was judged for being judgemental towards people. Then I stopped judging people.

Now I am judged for being too accommodating and being non-judgemental 😀

Well, that is life. Just do what you feel is right and whatever works for you!

In-different Observation #135

As a teacher, to get the best out of a student, it's not about pushing them to do their best

First one has to figure out what best means to them and when and how they deliver their best

It's needs patience and TRUE understanding of a person at a much higher as well as a deeper level

Rs. 2/-

is all that it takes to fil d form for contesting elections!! i can't wait to be 25 then...

Indifferent Observation #134

Someone judged me for being digitally illiterate because I have few apps installed in phone

Truth is, I use those services/platforms through the Browser. Don't need "yet another app" for taking up valuable storage space

So much for judging (:

Indifferent Observation #133

Some thing I end up saying a lot to people in my in-person interactions.

Not sure if I recorded it in my personal blog. So I'll just say it again...

We need 3 Cs in our life.

Courage

Clarity

And Conviction

And of course  when it comes to learning:

Pursue excellence and not petty competition

Have a natural love for learning!

In-different Observation #132

Who I am...

Artist at heart, tinkerer by hand :)

Architect by nature... Or you could say, by design!

observation #131

We are the generation which has seen real change happen on ground.

We have seen our white college buses become yellow!

In-different Observation

A bathroom reads "Occupied" when you put the latch on.

But when I put the latch on, it must read "Contemplate"...

Wait 10 minutes till I update this little post... From a beautiful bathroom worth contemplating in!

In-different observation #128

Playing drums while reading notations is like driving while looking at GPS maps

Turning on navigation and not looking at map is like listening to the song so you can play simultaneously

Driving fast is possible only when you have driven before, know the next turn. Same goes for a complex song.

And then many a times relying solely on GPS can lead to bad roads. Likewise, notations can be incomplete. Use your own experience and judgement... Too.

In-different Observation #127

I'm not technologically backward that i dont upgrade my phone/OS every 6 months

I'm just someone who's not very dependent on their phone to keep their life in order.

Can do without every new feature since I use the phone mostly to stay in touch n capture memories. Few basic apps and I'm done...

In-different Observation #126

To media houses: if you need to put a star mark against a name to say it has been changed, well, then don't give a name!

Controversial and sensitive comments don't really need to have a name. Period.

In-different Observation #125

"Vinci by the day, and Wayne by the night?"

So succinctly summed up by someone I barely met and told them who my role models are!

Leonardo da Vinci and Batman (Bruce Wayne)

Since I was 6 or 7 :)

Proof, I love layers, just like Da Vinci did...

In-different Observation #124

Had avoided listening to "Dance of Death"

Circle of people, fire in the center, being led into it. Run away as fast as you can...

Well, sounds more like a marriage ceremony to me, than a pagan ritual for dead aatmas :P

In-different Observation #123

To me, buying a luxury product is not about flaunting money.

It's about appreciating the craftsmanship and design. The functionality. The effort which goes into making an excellent product!

Design is more about how it works than how it looks...

In-different Observation #122

Window shopping is passe. I go to expensive malls for "market survey" 😀

In-different Observation #121

I don't need those grand gestures. Just make thy love monumental.

#120

Telling a joke with lights off doesn't amount to dark humor... Just saying :/
It could rather be "dim" wit

In-different Observation #119

Anybody who's able to fool you has obviously used a more advanced version of math in their head that you couldn't grasp (:

In-different Observation #118

I was good enough to be his armour. But he wanted arm candy. So it's better I keep him at an arm's length :-|

Food over Philosophy #1n

But when she baked it, was "soft rock" :)

In-different Observation #117

Whatever you know about life, doesn't apply to me.

In-different Observations #116

To those facing emotional, psychological abuse, it's necessary to recognize it while it happens. Minimize your suffering. Or don't suffer at all. A psychiatrist can only help you assess the situation in the hindsight and suggest remedies. But you need to know and handle it while it happens...

Yes, you have trusted me to take your secrets to the grave, and i will. But i just wish to reduce your suffering while it happens. So there's little to correct later.

In-different Observation #115

Obviously, the biggest tragedy of cities like Delhi and Gurgaon is that a lot of places are "walking distance", but not walkable!

In-different Observation #114

I'm a "switch the mobile data off when not in use" kinda person... 😀

Indifferent Observation #112

I see my life headed somewhere bordering between Michael Corleone, Batman and Marcus Aurelius.

Purely in analogous terms. Since I'm neither mafia nor king nor playboy billionaire.

But my life in qualitative terms, incidentally, purely matches theirs... Since the only school I've been to in the last few years is the University of Hard Knocks!

In-different Observation 111

One of the most useless things I ever did for fun?

Already had 75 tabs open in my browser. Opened 25 more.

Then Chrome browser had a good laugh :D

In-different Observation #110

 https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_orphans_and_foundlings

I've always been extremely attached to and fond of my parents.

Their loss and my turning an orphan puts all the more pressure and onus on me to aspire for doing something greater in life 🙏
