Categorization of People

why is that instead of first trying to understand people and then categorizing them, we sadly categorize people first, and then go about understanding why they are or aren't a certain way!

in fact, why put people into "category" at all? are we too primitive to not appreciate peoples' individuality? when are we going to get over shoving people into over-simplified herds?!

Big Vs. NO Data

so many platforms and softwares to help us with Big data... what about "No" Data??
Going still with guts and instincts? perhaps that's the best we could do for decision analyses.
