A lot of people associate the word "class" with money and status... but for me it is more to do with carrying oneself and treating others with a certain degree of dignity.
You could have all the money and still not be 'classy' if ill-behaved. Or you could be slightly lesser well off but are dignified n graceful!
Class is cultivated. Not bestowed upon...

Har Ghar Kuchh Kehta Hai.. ki isme kaun rehta hai

So let me make a corollary...
Har ghar kuchh kehta hai... har real estate market bhi bahut kuchh kehta hai!
(Like every home exterior tells a story, on a bigger scale, real estate markets also tell a story - about the country's economy, supply and demand, consumer confidence, lifestyle choices, the works!)
